Return and Refund Policy
The return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can’t be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
– Original Paintings
– Custom Original Paintings (commissioned art)
– Shipping costs (will be deducted from refund of returned prints)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned artwork has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
If the package is damaged during delivery, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have delivery company mark the package as ‘received damaged’. Immediately report the damage during delivery by sending an email to email@example.com including photographic evidence of the damage to artwork and packaging and details of your actions.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES (Fine Art Prints only, not applicable for Original Paintings)
Only Fine Art prints can be replaced if they are defective or damaged or if you receive an item that does not correspond to your order. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at email@example.com detailing the reasons for exchange (with photographic evidence).
To return your product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the address for the return shipment. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. It is highly suggested to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance covering full value of artwork shipped. We are not responsible for the shipping and delivery of your returned item.
